All of Muskrat Construction's structures are designed using the same demanding and rigorous guidelines to insure a long life and a quality-constructed product.

A lot of times our customers would rather max out their square footage by adding a sitting area or possibly a gazebo of some sort. Other times customers would rather protect their boat by covering it with a roof system to protect it from the sun damage. Each consumer is different and all of our jobs are different, too. We don't "cookie cut" our jobs.

• All construction falls in the same guidelines as our piers.
• All roof panels consist of 26 gauge baked on enamel finishes with several color choices to choose from.
• Black bumper rubber sides and corners installed for the protection of your boats finish.
• We also offer flip up ladders so they don't get that "algae slime" all over them.
• They also typically come with 8-8" Galvanized cleats for mooring.
• All required reflectors for safety
